Mack Real Estate Group provides the developer with $65 million in mezz financing
Yoel Goldman’s All Year Management has secured a $65 million mezzanine loan from Mack Real Estate Group for the second phase of its Rheingold Brewery redevelopment. Madison Realty Capital will continue to hold a $165 million loan on the property, according to TRD.
Plans: Upon completion, the Bushwick project will span over 400,000 square feet. It will contain over 800 units, a large retail component (100,000 square feet), and a park. Goldman paid a total of $140.7 million for the site.
