SL Green provided the debt for the completed condo project
The Chetrit Group has secured a $204 million loan from SL Green to refinance its Tribeca condo project at 49 Chambers Street. The former office building has been converted to 99 luxury condos. Prices of the units range from $1.7 million to $7.3 million.
Financing details: The new loan replaces $194 million in construction financing provided by SL Green and ACORE Capital in 2016. ACORE exited the deal in this round of financing, according to the CO.
