DivcoWest acquires 311 West 43rd Street

WeWork is the building’s largest tenant

DivcoWest has entered into contract to acquire 311 West 43rd Street from Billy Macklowe and Principal Real Estate Investors for around $130 million, according to NYPost. The Midtown office building spans 186,000 SF, and includes street level retail. 

Dig Deeper: WeWork occupies 63,732 SF of space at the property, which is located between Eighth and Ninth Avenues. 

Flashback: The duo acquired the office building from Atlas Capital for $107 million in 2015.
