Joy Construction and Maddd Equities have secured a $45 million bridge loan from Bank Leumi for 445 West 35th Street.
Property Details: The Hudson Yards rental property spans 98,577 square feet, and contains 118 apartments, plus a retail unit. TRD was first reported the news.
Worth Noting: Joy and Maddd pay around $1.1 million per year under the terms of a 99-year ground lease agreed upon in 2012. The companies started preleasing units in early September and the building is roughly 35 percent leased.
