Hank Freid’s Impulsive Group has secured $33 million from Bank of America to refinance 132 West 47th Street. The Sanctuary Hotel in Times Square contains 119 rooms.
Financing breakdown: The new loan refinances the outstanding $28.3 million balance from a previous mortgage provided by the same bank. It also adds $4.7 million in additional debt, according to property records cited by CO.
Worth Noting: Hank Freid acquired the hotel in 2006. He subsequently re-branded it as the Sanctuary in 2011. Tender Restaurant operates at the base of the hotel.
