Urban Commons has acquired 10 Little West Street in Battery Park City from Millennium Partners and Westbrook Partners for $147.3 million.
Property Details: The hotel spans 289,550 square feet, and contains 298 rooms. The former Ritz-Carlton now operates under the Leading Hotels of the World flag, according to TRD.
Worth Noting: The Lower Manhattan hotel sits at the base of a 38-story building that contains 120 residential condo units. Nice to see some activity in the hotel market.
