Breather raises $45M

Flexible workspace provider Breather raised $45 million in a round led by Menlo Ventures, la Caisse, Ascendas-Singbridge, and Temasek. The company has now raised $120 million, according to the press release.

What they do: The startup is essentially a short term office rental company. They provide monthly to hourly workspace options, including office space and conference rooms. 

By the numbers: With more than a half million SF of office space, the company has locations in more than 300 buildings across 10 cities.

Worth Noting: CEO and Co-founder abruptly left the startup just four months after raising this round.
