WeWork acquires Teem

Deal values Teem at around $100M

WeWork acquired startup Teem, an office software and analytics platform for around $100 million. The startup allows employees to focus on what they were hired to do, not office management (e.g. booking a conference room).

The Play: Another intriguing aspect of the startup is that it helps design, construct, and manage services on behalf of large companies. WeWork announced the news in a press release on its site.

Past fundraising: Teem raised $21.5 million since its founding six years ago. Investors include Origin Ventures, Greycroft and NGP Capital.
