Vornado lands Refi for 4 Union Square South

Wells Fargo provided the debt

Steve Roth’s Vornado has secured $120 million from Wells Fargo to refinance 4 Union Square South. The retail building spans 200,000 square feet, and sits between East 13th and East 14th Streets. Existing tenants include Whole Foods and Burlington Coat Factory, according to the company’s press release.

Worth Noting: There is more than 30,000 square feet of vacant retail space.   

Financing Breakdown: The new loan replaces around $120 million in previous financing that was provided by the same bank in 2012.
