David Winter has acquired 771-775 Washington Street from Noam Gottesman’s Toms Capital and Harry Jeremias’ Harch Group for $89 million. The West Village commercial property spans 21,170 square feet, and features 21,170 square feet of unused development rights.
Financing Details: Winter secured a $50 million acquisition loan from JPMorgan Chase, according to TRD who first reported the news.
Prime piece: The two-story property sits at the corner of Washington Street and West 12th Street. It’s located two blocks away from the High Line and the Whitney Museum.
Flashback: The sellers paid $71 million for the property in 2015. It’s currently home to Barbuto restaurant on the ground floor (8,000 SF), and a parking garage.
