Artificial intelligence startup First raised $5 million in a Series A round. The startup uses artificial intelligence to predict when people are going to move out of their homes.
What they do: Essentially they are a lead generator for residential real estate agents. The company claims that they can predict when a person will sell their home. This is based on income, spending behaviors and major life events.
How they monetize: First organizes the contacts in a real estate agent’s database and tells agents the best time to reach out about a potential home sale.
