Fosun International and JD Carlisle land financing for 126 Madison Avenue

Fosun International and JD Carlisle Development Group have secured $350 million in construction financing from Bank of the Ozarks for their proposed condo project at 126 Madison Avenue, according to TRD.
Development Plans: The NoMad tower will span 400,400 SF, and consist of 199 condo units, plus a ground-floor retail unit (4,000 SF).
By the numbers – Bank of the Ozarks: The company’s real estate specialties group originated a record $9.1 billion in loans in 2017. CEO George Gleason said earlier this year that the bank will increase its volume of originations in 2018.
