Eric Miller buys two Bronx residential buildings

Eric Miller has acquired 3508 Kings College Place and 3511 Putnam Place from Gjon Dedvukaj for $20.6 million, according to TRD. The two buildings span a total of 93,252 square feet, and contain 82 apartments.  

Be Smart: Deals in the Bronx are getting expensive! At $221 a foot and $251,219 per unit, this deal shows once again that the borough has arrived. The properties are located in Northwood.

Worth Noting: The Lightstone Group closed on a similar Bronx deal last month for $195 per foot, $190,225 per unit, and a 4 cap.
