Yoel Goldman’s All Year Management has entered into contract to acquire a development site in Greenpoint from Bo Jin Zhu and Joseph Folkman for over $55 million. Goldman seems primed to build a 335,000-square-foot multi-family complex on the 10-parcel site, which will include affordable units, according to a report in TRD.
Addresses of the waterfront site include: 2-36 Clay Street, 280 Franklin Street and 49-93 Dupont Street.
Cautionary Note: Hold your horses! Since the development site is contaminated, Goldman will need to conduct a full environmental cleanup before building. Let’s hold off on analyzing the deal until it closes — these contracts tend to fall apart.
