Douglas Eisenberg’s A&E Real Estate Holdings has acquired the Stonehenge Village Complex in the Upper West Side from Ivanhoe Cambridge,SL Green Realty, andStonehenge Partners for $287 million, according to TRD.
Dig Deeper: The Stonehenge Village Complex is located at 122-178 West 97th Street (AKA 135 West 96th Street) and sits between Amsterdam and Columbus Avenues. The three properties span 503,511 square feet, and contain 418 apartments.
Financing Details: The buyers financed the acquisition with a $145 million (approximate) fixed-rate loan from Signature Bank and Mesa West Capital.
