Terreno Realty scoops up Bulova’s Queens HQ

Terreno Realty Corporation has acquired 26-15 Brooklyn-Queens Expressway in Woodside from watchmaker Bulova for $25.2 million. The campus spans 3.47 acres and features approximately 60,000 square feet of unused development rights.
Dig Deeper: Sources close to the Daily Beat confirmed that the campus consists of a 2-story office building that spans 38,000 SF, a warehouse/distribution area with loading docks that spans 55,000 SF, and two parking lots that span 91,000 SF.
The Play: Terreno, an industrial based REIT, plans to renovate the property and lease it to industrial users, according to a company press release.
