Rockwood Capital lands Refi for Two Grand Central

MetLife provided the debt

Rockwood Capital has secured a $260 million loan from MetLife to refinance 140 East 45th Street (Also known as Two Grand Central) in Midtown Manhattan, according to CO. The 667,000 square foot office building is located between 3rd Avenue and Lexington Avenue. 

Loan Details: MetLife assumed the existing $200 million loan on the property from JP Morgan Chase and provided a $60 million gap mortgage.

Flashback: The firm acquired the property from Boston Properties andGoldman Sachs for $401 million in 2011.
